Renovation and project realization
Development Activity
At Arche Group, we save and revitalize not only monuments but also communities. We bring old factories, castles, and palaces back to life, protecting them from threats such as fires, demolitions, or natural degradation. Every item we find during the revitalization of historic spaces receives a second life and proudly adorns the interiors of our properties.
At Arche Group, we believe in the power of social integration and professional activation of excluded persons. We carry out our social initiative through the Lena Grochowska Foundation, established in 2014, where people with intellectual disabilities find employment. In the Foundation's four branches, our employees create ceramics, decorations, paintings, textiles, and artisanal baked goods, contributing to their development and professional integration.
Meanwhile, the Arche Community Association focuses on supporting prisoners with long sentences by involving them in artistic projects such as furniture restoration, handicraft production, and painting. Interaction with art not only aids in the resocialization process but also helps build self-esteem and develop skills necessary for reintegration into social life.
