In 2024, we opened the 20th and 21st hotels in the Arche collection. Arche Nałęczów, the former Military Sanatorium, and Arche Monastery Wrocław. The revitalization collection also includes the Palace and Manor Łochów, Janów Podlaski Castle, Tobaco Hotel in Łódź, Arche Residence Łódź, Koszary Arche Hotel in Góra Kalwaria, Żnin Sugar Factory, Arche Hotel Wrocław, Uphagen Manor Arche Gdańsk, Arche Hotel Fabryka, Mielno Airplanes. We can also boast urban hotels such as Arche Hotel Siedlce, Arche Hotel Puławska Residence, Arche Hotel Krakowska, Arche Hotel Geologiczna, Arche Hotel Poloneza in Warsaw, Arche Hotel Lublin, Arche Hotel Częstochowa, Arche Hotel Piła, Arche Hotel Fabryka, Mielno Airplanes, or Arche Siedlisko – a dispersed container hotel.

Development Activity

The first Arche investment in Warsaw, Queen Marysieńka Estate, paved the way for the realization of subsequent residential projects in Warsaw, such as: the Estate at Idzikowskiego Street in Mokotów, the Estate at Jakubowska Street in Saska Kępa, the Estate at Zięby Street by the Imieliński Pond, Woronicza Estate, the Estate at Spacerowa Street in Konstancin, a complex of terraced houses at Bekasów Street, Albatrosów Estate in Ursynów, Villa Vogla Estate in Wilanów, Villa Imielin, and Poloneza Estate in Ursynów, among many others. Currently, Arche offers apartments in Ożarów Mazowiecki at Kamińskiego Street, houses in Wawer at Bysławska Street, apartments in Wrocław at Kasprowicza Street, and in Łódź at Kopernika Street.
