§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://archehotelwroclawlotnisko.wa.profitroom.com
    and is effective from 01.07.2021.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting to complete a survey or answer a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of giving consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking on the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
  3. If a person has consented to the processing of data (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data are processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after this period, information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract execution, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.) The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

  7. Visitors to the Website may fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an email address and/or phone number as a basis for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website may consent to our conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on the email address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of software companies and maintain IT systems with which we have appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not shared, and none of these companies has the right to process the data in any other way than specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may be processed only for the proper provision of services.
